He doesn't look much like Woody Allen!

Mia Farrow's son

whenim64 Thu 03-Oct-13 10:38:55

Spit of Frank Sinatra, though! grin I can't imagine that he feels comforted by the notion of either of them being his dad, really hmm

kittylester Thu 03-Oct-13 10:39:33

And quite a bit like Frank Sinatra!

kittylester Thu 03-Oct-13 10:40:41

And Mia Farrow sure knew how to pick 'em!

Elegran Thu 03-Oct-13 10:41:46

He does have a look of 'ole Blue Eyes. Mia Farrow should know better than anyone.

Riverwalk Thu 03-Oct-13 10:44:08

He is the spit of Mia Farrow when she was young and had that short haircut.

I'm sure he's glad he doesn't look like Allen, regardless of who is dad is!

glammanana Thu 03-Oct-13 10:46:45

He is the double of Sinatra imo,the report say's Nancy Sinatra and the family make him very welcome within their family so DNA would not be a problem I should think.

gracesmum Thu 03-Oct-13 10:53:15

I shudder when I think of the level of dysfunctionality in that family - and Woody Allen gives me the creeps. If they had been a family living on benefits on a run down estate, Social Service would have been round years before. It shows just because some people are rich and famous it doesn't necessarily make them any more normal .

Mia Farrow has had the high moral ground these past 20 years because of Woody Allen going off with her daughter but she now admits to sleeping with her ex-husband when in the relationship with Allen!

petallus Thu 03-Oct-13 11:13:56

Even if Farrow continued to have sex with Sinatra in the early days of her relationship with Allen, it still doesn't come anywhere near what Allen did, sleeping with and marrying his young step-daughter.

The damage done to the children of the Farrow/Allen marriage when their father went off with their sister is something I shudder to think of.

Farrow's son still seems to be bitter though I thought his recent comment was funny: happy father's day, or as we say in our family, happy brother-in-law's day!

Elegran Thu 03-Oct-13 11:20:27

I liked his tweet ""Listen, we're all possibly Frank Sinatra's son."

Tegan Thu 03-Oct-13 12:04:53

Crikey; that's a difficult one because he looks just like his mother in the photo of them together but Mia Farrow has very similar features to Frank Sinatra in the photo of them together. I always found it strange the way she adopted so many children; nothing against people doing so but not in such huge quantities [think Brangelina also]. Mind you, the Burtons did the same. Felt it was a way of cementing their relationship. I'm probably being a complete bitch by saying that and they probably just wanted to give a child the benefit of their wealth [thinking out loud here].

Woody Alan is still married to Soon Yee, let's not forget - he's no monster. In some ways Frank Sinatra WAS a monster - I should say I am am fan of both men! I just think Woody was the nicer guy. And the funnier...

Riverwalk - I don't think anyone in these situations has 'the moral high ground'. Whatever my views on celebrity multiple adoptions are, it appears Mia Farrow's children share positive relationships with her, in their adult lives. I can't imagine the level of her distress to discover her adopted daughter, to whom WA had been a father was sexually and emotionally involved with him. Soon Yi says her relationship with Woody Allen started when she was 16, he confirms that. It is possibly true that their physical relationship began at that age, but I've no doubt he was fantasising about her, grooming the environment, for a significant amount of time before hand. The man was in the role of father. He then ensured his partner, and the rest of the children were kept in the dark about the relationship, until Mia discovered photographs he'd taken of Soon Yi, naked.

Today's papers report that the 7 year old daughter (Dylan) who told her mother WA had been touching her inappropriately as recently begun to talk openly about her memories of being sexually abused by him.
His failed attempts to gain custody of all the children at the point Farrow ended their relationship say a great deal about him.
What does surprise me is to read that he and Soon Yi have 2 adopted daughters, now in their teens. Maybe they were adopted via some private agency -

am am? Just one am and an a, please...

Tegan Thu 03-Oct-13 13:05:22

How do celebrities adopt children so easily when it's such a complicated process for 'normal' people? Nine times out of ten the marriages don't last [thinking Tom Cruise here] then the tabloids are full of photos of the biological children but never the adopted ones. Having been adopted they must be shunted between parents [or their nannies I would imagine].

Anniebach Thu 03-Oct-13 13:48:46

Adopting a child is quite straight forward if you are wealthy , you just buy one.

Iam64 Thu 03-Oct-13 13:55:37

So it seems Annieb -

petallus Thu 03-Oct-13 14:02:11

I feel just the same as Iam64. I don't even like watching Allen's films these days. I consider him to be an incestuous paedophile.

Elegran Thu 03-Oct-13 14:27:01

I never did find him at all funny, just creepy, and always whinging and posing about something.

thatbags Thu 03-Oct-13 14:38:38

She's had her teeth straightened since her wedding. Unless they are falsies in the later pic. Sorry if I'm not supposed to say that (don't care really); it's just that I noticed.

petallus Thu 03-Oct-13 14:50:02

Eh! confused

Tegan Thu 03-Oct-13 14:58:10

Does the eye colour give us a clue? What colour are Woody Allens eyes [I'm thinking that Frank Sinatra has blue eyes?].

annodomini Thu 03-Oct-13 14:59:01

He's a good-looking man, more like his mother than either of his putative fathers - but he does have eyes like Sinatra's. Young Blue Eyes?

Jendurham Thu 03-Oct-13 15:05:02

Does it matter, apart from to them? It's interesting that she should be asked just when another Woody Allen film comes out.
Do you think Woody Allen is now going to divorce his wife and marry one of his new adoptive daughters, assuming they are 16+?
