Broomsticks, chariots, flying cars at the ready ladies!
We haven't had a 'virtual' party for ages!
I'm suffering from vodka jelly and wacky baccky withdrawal!
Suggestion:- top of Snowdon on Friday or Saturday evening!
Gentlemen and cat/dogs very welcome.
Dress, welsh of course!
Any other ideas?

Wow you were up early Liz (or have you only just arrived home!)

LizG Sun 04-Aug-13 09:12:46

Lol I never sleep well when I have eaten and drunk too much smile those jellies were 'awesome'.

Nelliemoser Sun 04-Aug-13 09:41:44

I can't remember how I got home, I sort of of nodded off about 10pm. I am hoping one of those nice red hatted young men took me safely home in the early hours. Amazingly no after party chuck ups. That's the advantage of virtual alcohol.

Ariadne Sun 04-Aug-13 10:02:49

How did I get home???? I think it was a lovely party, but must have dropped off somewhere. Maybe V&T in pints isn't such a good idea - the strange mystery virus from which I often suffer has struck again! We're there some nice young men there too? Have a vague memory of them following me up the mountain.

Oh deary me. grin Wot larks, Pip.

I don't remember landing upside down on the lawn but DH is NOT amused that he's got to spend the morning untangling at least twenty party poppers before he can cut the grass grin

AlieOxon Sun 04-Aug-13 10:44:49

And I missed it. Boooo.

Hey, I missed the hangover tooo......smile

CelticRose Sun 04-Aug-13 10:49:20

And a good time was had by all - but I missed most of it. I vaguely remember going to get a piano and that was it. I also had a strange dream that I was a lobster and someone was chasing me down a mountain. Come to think, it might have been George Clooney after me [sigh - missed out there too]. Whoever threw that blanket over me - thank you. I really, really was not well last night - not much better this morning. Couldn't remember where I parked the flipping transport either. Nice young man with red hat found me and showed me where I had parked. Thank goodness my long, sequinned dress was the same colour as the car so he could match us up. He was a funny looking colour though - he had a green and brown striped face. Must have eaten some left overs and mixed his mushrooms.

Post scriptum
Well seemed to go well!
When was the last one before this? Seems ages ago.

Ideas for the next ?halloween party welcomegrin

AlieOxon Sun 04-Aug-13 14:16:06

I think it was at my house......unless you lot have been partying on the sly!

dustyangel Sun 04-Aug-13 15:03:14

Well I hope you are not all still sleeping it off. What did you do with the leftovers, I really fancy one of those brownies.

Ariadne Sun 04-Aug-13 15:23:27

I think Celtic rather fancied something else....grin

CelticRose Thu 08-Aug-13 21:10:26

Hi daughter of Minos and keeper of labyrinths. You got me. It was hash browns... but someone beat me to it - as usual. Probably Galen.

Other party ideas. White Tie & Tiaras? Full Length and Fabulous? Dallas theme complete with Stetsons and Rodeo? Red Carpet & Oscars?

"And the nominees for the category for best performance goes to the .... Lobsters!!!"

grin never touch drugs! Now alcohol? Another matter.

CelticRose Thu 08-Aug-13 21:19:25

Why. I don't know what you mean. The only hash browns I know of are diced, fried potato. Just off to google the smallest echolocating bat in Europe - which is why they are probably difficult to spot. Otherwise... too much wine wink

Galen Thu 08-Aug-13 21:26:18

Are you having bat deficiency as well? See wildlife thread!

Ariadne Thu 08-Aug-13 22:05:22

Celtic grin Allusions appreciated by me and Theseus.

CelticRose Fri 09-Aug-13 01:47:04

Ariadne So. You are still stalking him. You must be aware chasing that Minotaur has taken it out of him.

Ariadne Fri 09-Aug-13 06:42:41

So that's what it is! grin
