I've lost 50lbs!!!!!!

This is 50lbs of fat. Fat that is no longer around my liver and kidneys. Fat that is no longer straining my heart as I lug it around with me. Fat that no longer weighs me down. Have I got a chufty on? You bet I have grin

Onwards and downwards. Time to move onto the next 50lbs although I only target 5lbs at a time it adds up.

Thats amazing. Well done both of you, not easy normally, but doubly difficult these days.

You will have to carry ID when this is over as nobody will recognise you. Brilliant keep going.

It is especially difficult at the moment too.
I think you must have lent me 8lbs of it as none of last year's linen trousers seem to fit and I thought the scales were wrong.
