If it is a lovely sunny day, hot or cold, I just want to get outside and enjoy it but if it is dull I kind of feel a bit dull myself and have a tendency to hibernate. I think there is a thing called Seasonal Affective Disorder, maybe I have it.

Spring and summer certainly affect my mood for the better. Lighter nights and mornings, blue skies and sunshine makes me feel so much better physically and mentally. I hate winter the dread of it approaching gets worse each year.
The grey skies and endless rain makes me a right miserable b*tch. I am sure I suffer with SAD.

Weather has a profound effect on me, hate the dark cold winter time, and being an OA sufferer it can make me feel full of pain. Equally can't stand the exhausting intense summer heatwaves o recent summers

Yes, I definitely feel happier with clear blue skies overhead, and love to feel the warmth of the sun on my skin. If it is grey and overcast I feel almost claustrophobic, hate the solid cloud layer. I think I must have some dormouse in me somewhere, I really just need to hibernate for the winter!

I'm affected by the weather, during winter months, dark nights and gloomy weather, my depression is so much worse, than in the summer IF its sunny and bright. In gloomy dull weather I feel worthless, useless and feel like there's so much to feel really sad and desperate about.

My old GP always said that on a sunny day his waiting room was empty and on a grey dull or wet day it was full. That says it all really.
