Apparently I'm a Constant Craver too, but I KNOW I sometimes eat 'emotionally' or when I'm bored, and like many here, I can also eat sensibly in the daytime and then snarf most of a box of liqueur chocolates left over from Christmas before poor DH has a chance to have any
Also crisps and salted popcorn. I get a buzz from secret eating, so I know I need to watch this tendency as I am extremely overweight, but I'm on the 5/2 diet and have been for a year or so. Not losing much weight as I cheat sometimes and my medication makes me put on weight, so I am only losing weight very slowly. I'm not giving up though!
