Got up at 5 am as had a coughing fit and was kind enough to leave H in peace

Good morning all, not very often I log on this early. OH had to be on the train by 7.45 so up at 6.45 to make a cup of tea.
I will venture out to look for a pair of comfy, formal shoes later. I hate shopping for shoes so should be fun.

Horrible here too. Cold, wet and windy. One of those mornings when, despite aches and pains, I'm really glad to be retired and not standing at a bus stop. I don't think we'll be going far today.

Morning All. Bright and chilly in our corner of Somerset. Need to be organised today. Cleaning, trip to take a bag of Christmas decorations to the charity shop, food shop and to town to get the parcel I forgot to collect yesterday Honestly, I shouldn’t be allowed out some days. Then eggs to walk on this evening as I’m unsure of reactions. I might make it to bed time in one piece. . Hope Wednesday is kind to everyone.

Good morning. Grey but not too cold for near December here in North Bucks.
House jobs this morning and a bit of room clearing. This afternoon is craft club. My turn to run the project .

Grey and very chilly start here in East Sussex. Christmas shopping to finish today with the most difficult presents to find for DD2 And SIL and visiting another family member who has just been made redundant so lots of tea and sympathy. Enjoy your day everyone.

Cold and sleety rain here in Lincolnshire LN5. Gas boiler and fire being serviced, so am tucked up in my "study" with a blanket.

Starting decorating, after 27 years we are changing everything in the living room. Am nervous a bout choices to be made. Carpets, curtains, furniture, walls.....need go get it right. Decisions decisions!,!

Morning all! Late start for me today but it looks like another bright, crisp day once the frost melts, here on the south coast.

I got a beautiful poinsettia yesterday - just hope I can look after it. My past record has not been good! I don't know whether to water it when it looks floppy or before.

Choir tonight and we expect an inquest on last Saturday's concert - which went better than expected. The second one is on 6 December so our MD will want us to avoid the minor mistakes from Saturday!
