I am 65 and last year reduced my hours at work to 21 Right at the start of the lockdown, but had to go to work as NHS, all seemed very strange!). Anyway I also took my small NHS pension. All good. My wages were taxed after the £12500 allowance and all the pension was taxed, both at source.
I am nearly 66 and have applied for my state pension. My question is will this be taxed at source too? I would rather this, than have the bother of tax forms and a tax bill at the end of the year.
I want to keep my job for a while yet.
