Every day we send out an email containing the day's most popular conversations. If you're not receiving it for some reason, you can click here and make sure Gransnet Daily is ticked. Any issues, let us know. We'd hate for you to be missing out! grin

I get it every day but I don't read it. Can we now remove that picture from the top of the threads please? It takes up all the screen on smaller devices. One reminder per day is enough!

Hi JackyB If you're logged in and click the X in the top right hand corner you shouldn't see it for a while. Hope that helps!

I've tried that Lara and, as I have said before, on the devices where I can actually see the 'x', clicking on it has no effect. And I don't mind doing it the first time I open the Gransnet site but on Every Thread!!! Why?

I'm still not getting it every day. Nowhere near, in fact. I receive the newsletter about a dozen times a month. No idea why. I'm told it's to do with the BT servers. So why does it get through some of the time, one wonders...

I've given up, really.

There is an ongoing issue with BT emails I'm afraid which does mean that those bounce sporadically. We've looked into it in great detail but it is an issue on BT's end unfortunately and out of our hands. If you do want to still get the newsletter though and have an alternative email address you can try having it sent there instead?

As I check out the GN site regularly I'm not overly concerned at not receiving the newsletter email.

However, this just to let you know that I'm still not receiving it as you were checking it our for me some time ago!
