Me too, I loved netball, played Centre attack, or whatever it's called now. Do you get sent off for running? Not much chance of that with me though.

Like shysal I was rubbish at school but I would love to have a go at this as at the moment I am completely unable to run.

I'd love to do it. We have walking football here, which Dh intends to join, but no netball!

I used to love netball. I would love to have a chance to play walking netball.

No running and no jumping, but you can take an extra second holding the ball and an extra step. You still need the skills but not so much speed and stamina.

I've just joined a local walking netball class in Offerton, Stockport on a Thursday morning. I wish there was more than one session available in my area as it was great fun. I've checked Trafford and Cheshire East local authority areas as I can also get to those places easily but the don't run sessions.

Pleased you enjoyed it Louise I live in Hazel Grove but no remote possibility of me joining you. Exercise and me are not acquainted.
