Do any of you think as I do - the current top 10 Heavyweight boxers are of low standard compared to the great era pre 1980s. Ali/Frazier/Chuvelo/Foreman/Shavers et al. I can not imagine any of the current top 10 getting into the top 30.

Are you on the right forum?

I agree Johno, boxing isn't as it used to be. I enjoyed Amir Khan when he first began because he was nimble and so quick that he wore his opponents out with the technique that he had.

Ali of course was " The Greatest " . There's a bit of a debacle going on with Fury and Joshua as to a re-match but I don't fancy Joshua's chances if he does meet Fury.

But I m old enough to remember that being said about the generation before Rocky Marciano, Floyd Patterson, Archie Moore Joe Louis and Sonny Liston
I guess each generation changes in each sport just like in football the argument goes on were the Stanley Matthews of the world better than the Wayne Rooneys of the world or the Roger Bannisters in running
Changes along the years
