Pleasant surprise at tech support

I was really fed up that all my incoming calls were going to voicemail. Family worried. Tried all obvious things myself but no luck. Was resigned to hours on the phone waiting for tech support from impatient geek type. Amazingly my call was answered right way by a lovely welsh lady. She tried so hard and had such a nice manner that we got chatting. Turned out she was a Gran. Suddenly it all made sense. If in doubt I'll ask for a Gran in future when having to phone big organisations!
