Reduced Railway Rates
Sir, - Why should a lowering of railway rates be referred to as a 'concession'? Railway companies are traders who sell transport, and they reduce prices if they think it will benefit trade. They should not be encouraged to pose as kings bestowing bonus on their subjects.
