Did anyone watch it last night? It only got 2 stars in a Review. I find GN a good barometer to telly programmes.

I struggled with the first half of the programme but for me it improved as it went on. It's probably more interesting to my husband than me though, he enjoyed it.

We watched it, me only half concentratinhg. It seemed a bit ‘bitty’, but maybe it is just getting all the background stories in place.

Auntieflo Wed 17-Oct-18 11:48:10

Concentrating !! I evidently wasn’t just now.

Maggiemaybe Wed 17-Oct-18 12:13:07

It got a good review in the Guardian. We haven’t seen it yet, but apparently you have to concentrate really hard to follow the different threads. Which is usually a problem for us. smile

We watched it. It is a quite hard to follow to start with but we both enjoyed it and will continue to watch. I think the first episode of any drama is about setting the scene and introducing the characters.

ninathenana Wed 17-Oct-18 13:37:22

Watched it with DD she said she wasn't sure if she liked it. I was more drawn in as it went on.
I will definitley give it another go.

I agree, it improved as it went on. I found the beginning confusing because I couldn't work out any of the relationships and an awful lot of the characters looked the same.

I will stick with it.

With me the jury is out. I could not make up my mind half way through whether to have an early night but I decided to watch it.

BlueBelle Wed 17-Oct-18 14:22:47

Watched half and didn’t feel it at all so switched off

Blimey I watched it - very scary and seems realistic. I shall carry on even though it was a very uncomfortable thing to watch.

NanKate Wed 24-Oct-18 21:29:47

Is episode 2 worth watching folks ?

Charleygirl5 Wed 24-Oct-18 21:54:14

I watched 30 minutes of it last night, had not a clue what was going on so I went to bed. I will not be bothering next week.

Pittcity Wed 24-Oct-18 21:59:54

I have watched all 6 episodes on iPlayer and loved it.
The story falls into place and there are some great twists.
Stick with it.

I've watched the first two episodes and am not that impressed. It jumps about so much and some of the scenarios seem unbelievable to me. Still, I will take pittcity's word that it gets better and will continue to watch.

NanKate Thu 25-Oct-18 07:45:37

Thanks Pitt I will keep with it.

TerriBull Thu 25-Oct-18 08:33:41

I've been watching it but fell asleep during the second episode the other night, so I'm a bit lost. I don't know whether to watch what I've missed on catch up and stick with it, it's not really grabbing me I have to confess.

ninathenana Thu 25-Oct-18 09:40:20

2nd episode was indeed confusing.
DH is not keen, I will percevere given Pittcity's comment.

Pittcity Thu 25-Oct-18 13:00:57

I watched them in quick succession on iplayer. I don't know if I could keep up with the story if I left a week between episodes.

Eloethan Sat 03-Nov-18 17:03:48

I don't think I'll continue watching it. I find the whole scenario pretty unbelievable and I'm not really enjoying it.

FlexibleFriend Sat 03-Nov-18 20:56:56

I've watched the whole thing on demand as I find it easier to follow when watched from start to finish I enjoyed it and found it believable.
