tv ad

A new advert keeps popping up and it gives me the shivers. It`s often on at tea time.....Jenny Éclair pops up asking if anyone suffers from...`dry vagina?` Oh hate it. Why cant it be on, if it has to, after 9 o'clock?. Imagine sitting having your tea, when the tv is on in most homes during mealtimes, when up pops Jenny with her `moistcam` and the children asks if their mum has `one of those`. How embarrassing! You never see ads asking fellas if they have any intimate problems, do you?

Apart from Anthea something asking a woman if her husband has a big one.
I always cringe at that.

It would seem I'm missing something here, as the tv doesn't usually go on until about 7.30pm,...................or perhaps not!

boodymum67 perhaps we are unusual, we never have the tv on at meatimes!

Only one tv here, in the sitting room, and we eat at the table in the kitchen/dining room.

I don’t mind that advert but I cringed at the erectile dysfunction ad. It’s the smug looking man dancing round the kitchen that does it for me.

We eat in the kitchen of an evening so wouldn't see it,I would find it offensive if my DGCs where here having a tea-time snack in the lounge though not the best of viewing.

Yes, this one popped up while we were with our grandchildren last week, in their eat-in kitchen while they were having their after-school snack! They are boy (13) and girl (11); DH and I started a loud conversation to distract them but we did query afterwards why such an ad would be on at that time of the day.
