Death of Glenn Frey of the Eagles

Only vaguely remember them ( Hotel California?)

Oh how sad - I loved the Eagles. He was only 67!

Dale Griffen of Mott the Hopple has also died at a similar age. Just seems to be one after another recently.

Loved The Eagles, despite their simplistic guitar riffs.

Yes, it's every day now , I feel shaken by all this news . I talked to someone about it all ( a fella ! ) and he just shrugged his shoulders and said ' that's life ?' But I feel upset about it all .

I had all their albums and knew most of the songs by heart. The Eagles were the posters on my wall in the 70s.

I love the Eagles and often play the CDs one of my favourite lines in Take it to the Limit ' you can spend all your time making love, you can spend all your love making time'. So true. RIP.

I was a 70s girl - when they played 'Take It Easy' on the radio news I felt an overwhelming nostalgia for my lost youth!

Very sad to hear of the death of Glenn Frey. The Eagles were one of my all time favourite groups. DH and I saw them at Wembley years ago. What a start to the year this has been.

I think I liked/like the Eagles.

We saw the on tout some years ago, brilliant concert. The wrote some good songs, Desperado is a favourites. An anthem for a number of men ofmy generation .

How sad to lose another talent so young. The Eagles were a big part of my musical life back then, and I still enjoy their music. R.I.P. Glenn.

Very sad New Kid in Town is one of my favourite songs, I do love the Eagles. Seems to be the end of an era
