I sometimes do the ironing.

What do we do? soon We have a life that's what.

Also, we (most of us) don't have to stay at home in the evenings because we have young children.

What on earth do you do then, soontobe, apart from monitoring the postings of GN members...?

I don't go to bed until gone 11pm! And don't turn the light out until midnight or 1am sometimes - I like to live dangerously!

erm I go to bed around 9.30....the dog starts whining,and looking up the stairs...I read my book and resident teenager plonks herself on the bed as well as dog,and decides its time to chat.....welcome snowberry I do have my own teeth although OH has to remove my glasses and tuck me in when I have fallen asleep,and rub in the Ibuleve on my dodgy back....

I do mean Ironing! Cleaning cupboards! at 10 or 11pm. And no I dont do them then.

I have started to myself as well downtoearth. Partly because most posters disappear at that time.
And now I have started, I like it that I wake up earlier, and can enjoy the early morning when it has been quite nice weather.

I hope snowberryz is enjoying her thread.

So it isn't the rest of us, it's just you then soontobe (apart from downtoearth and she has an excuse because she's looking after a teenager GD!).

How do you know people come back at 10.30 and start posting again if you're in bed by then...? Oh, I forgot you're monitoring - probably got a notebook or a spreadsheet on GN members' habits!

8thatbags* If I was asleep by 9.30pm I would be up at 2 am bright as a button and there are not too many shops open, even in London.

I switch off my light between midnight and 1am.

I am going to watch TV before the rest of you fall asleep reading this malarkey.

I find looking at patterns of things fascinating. Always have.

I hate the cold grey light of dawn with a vengeance and would rather be in bed with a sock over my eyes to keep it out, and the World Service in my ear holes to keep me anaesthetised not see it.

I have always been a lark I love the early morning when the day is all fresh. I like to get on with the cleaning and the washing before the energy runs out....But OH has to bring me a cuppa first.....well is now past my bedtime dog is giving me dirty looks ..so am off up the wooden hill I wish you all a good night and pleasant dreams
