Sorry to hear of your situation. It is commonly accepted that one must go through the pain barrier, so to speak, before becoming more settled and focussed. Often this ends just like flicking a switch, one day you get up and a surge of positivity emanates from your body. Trying to ratioanlise itis almost like saying the way you feel is not real, but of course, it is. Just try to think of all the people you know who have been in the depths of despair and then think how they have literally overcome it and lead positive, focussed day to day lives. Remember... when YOU are on top form others see this in you, they see the good side of you and thus things become better, it feeds itself.
