baby doll clothes

Perhaps you could use a baby 4ply or DK pattern but use 3ply wool and finer needles. That might work. Measure your tension first though.

It is not as though the doll is going to complain if the fit is less than perfect.

They would probably be fine, you could always knit a test piece and adjust the needle size if necessary.

I tried searching for patterns but there didn't seem to be many. More than one site did say that baby clothes sized for 18 inch babies would be near enough.
