Goodness, Raquel's not ageing very well, is she? confused

kittylester Mon 24-Feb-14 15:53:08

What a bitchy thing to say Ana grin

Ana Mon 24-Feb-14 16:02:10

grin

Lona Mon 24-Feb-14 16:04:58

Miaow doesn't quite cut it does it? grin

ninathenana Mon 24-Feb-14 16:14:18

Link not working on my phone.

durhamjen Mon 24-Feb-14 16:15:56

3 months old that, Cathybee. At 73 Raquel can probably read a bit faster than that, as well as looking amazing.

Ana Mon 24-Feb-14 16:24:36

You must be seeing something I'm not, durhamjen...confused

Lona Mon 24-Feb-14 16:32:05

Oh, it's a different picture now! grin

Ana Mon 24-Feb-14 16:33:57

Well, I've still got the dog! hmm

yogagran Mon 24-Feb-14 16:37:34

Me too!

durhamjen Mon 24-Feb-14 16:42:29

4 pictures of her in a red dress, smiling happily, Ana. The link is dated 17 November last year.
I'd never think she looked less than amazing. Never wanted to compete, fortunately.

Lona Mon 24-Feb-14 16:47:01

Well, mine was a different dog! But definitely not Raquel!

janerowena Mon 24-Feb-14 16:54:41

I found ones of her in a leopard print dress at the emmys. She has had a lot of work done, which is fine if you like the thought of it and can afford it, but it was the contrast between her lovely smooth face and chest and her wrinkly arms and hands that I found a bit disturbing.

durhamjen Mon 24-Feb-14 23:29:47

That was a waste of a link, cathybee.

Soutra Tue 25-Feb-14 08:00:43

Hands, arms and knees can be a major age giveaway I am almost surprised "slebs" don't have them "lifted too" grin

Ana Tue 25-Feb-14 09:35:23

It didn't link to whatever cathybee meant it to for most of us, durhamjen. A photo of a grumpy-looking dog with false ears came up every time I looked - and still does!

kittylester Tue 25-Feb-14 09:37:44

And, it can't have been a waste because it made me smile and gave Ana and I a chance for a little bit of banter!! grin

Anything that raises a smile can't be bad smile

annodomini Tue 25-Feb-14 10:20:25

All I got was the dog!

jinglbellsfrocks Tue 25-Feb-14 10:25:16

I would n't want to model myself on any ageing Hollywood star. She's led a different life from mine. And no doubt some things, she wins. And some things I do.

I get the dog.

Ariadne Tue 25-Feb-14 11:58:34

Give us encouragement for what?

soop Tue 25-Feb-14 12:55:31

As per...I'm not "getting the joke". Ditto Ariadne...

kittylester Tue 25-Feb-14 13:05:52

So, Cathy put on a link to Racquel Welsh looking good for her age. When I clicked on the link, I just got a dog with daft ears as, I presume , did Ana. This was funny for the first four or five posts!! Then it became apparent that lots of people were getting different things so it stopped being funny!

I think!!

Ana Tue 25-Feb-14 13:11:37

How is it possible for so many of us to see different links? confused

jinglbellsfrocks Tue 25-Feb-14 13:11:59

It's not meant to be a joke soop. The link has gone wrong. It was supposed to be a picture of Raquel Welch looking lovely, at a ripe old age.

How old is she anyway?
