Petra, that is so funny. You are very observant. I just saw posts 'yesterday and today' when I first spotted, and browsed, the OP. Yes, 10 years looking for a number , would make you give up the will to live. Anyway, I found mine in a shorter time, and had the opportunity for a minor rant about inability of AI to answer a basic question without resorting to "the best way to contact us is via our online listing".
