A good day for me is one weetabix and three prunes for breakfast, no lunch unless an apple or a banana, grilled fish and a green salad for dinner followed by a yoghurt. And four cups of coffee spread through the day and no alcohol or fizzy drinks (which aren't my thing anyway, but I have discovered Aldi's Diet lemonade which is just the bees knees!?).
A bad day? No breakfast, but maybe a sandwich and some crisps for lunch, or if DH has come back from the supermarket with a bag of sausage rolls..... well, you get my drift! If there is chocolate or cake around I will eat it. Then dinner will be something meaty with potatoes and vegetables, but I have never learned to cook for two and so I make, and we eat, far too much! I made a moussaka yesterday, fully intending to keep a portion for the freezer, but DH fancied another helping and, well, you don't just want to freeze a wee bit do you? So there you have it. I am fighting to get down below ten stone. If I don't find the discipline soon, I will never make it! Eating our main meal late doesn't help. And now - 'Winter is Coming'......
