Which is the best Quality Street?

Another vote for the purple one, closely followed by the coconut one. My DH and I are ideally suited- he likes all the creams and I like all the nut/toffee ones!

None, they are all horrible.

Green triangle, followed by any chocolate toffee ones, not good for the teeth though.

I prefer Roses.
They have the lovely hazelnut whirl.

Am I dreaming of did I read of a pack on sale called the big purple one with just these aristocrats of the chocolate world? I remember being so disappointed as a child if someone else nabbed them first though the gold wrapped toffee was a consolation prize.

Hotel Chocolat has spoiled me for Quality Street and Roses.

None of them, all sweet and sickly, so much sugar in them and less chocolate.

Purple ones , green triangles, then pink fudge, but they’re not as yummy as Lindt Lindor’s !

Would it be heresy to say I'm no longer that keen on any of the Quality Street chocs? I love chocolate but (like lemongrove) I find QS to be too "sugary". But if I'm offered a really good quality chocolate, with a high cocoa content, then that's a different story.....and I could scoff the lot.....

None of them. These seem to me to be revoltingly sweet.

Oh good. It's not just me then. Have they changed the ingredients for the worse or have we Grans just developed more sophisticated palates? (Clue: the last one!)

The purple one for me, too, though I like the long chocolate caramel ones if all the purple ones have gone.

Mum loved the purple ones and the best Christmas present I ever gave her was one year when they made a box of just purple ones, with instructions to eat them all herself!
