I first saw him about 20 years ago supporting James Taylor in an outdoor concert in Haddington. He calls himself a troubador, sings gospel /blues /folk country , afr ican american musicand little bit of rock and roll.He was born in the USA ,his dad was an entertainer an dhe grew up with people like Dylan and the Staples family and Taj Mahal visiting their home.He went to live in Sweden when he was young ..hes 68 now but looks and sounds much younger.

The best way to describe a Bibb concert is a spiritual experience and I have heard loads of folk describe him that way .Sadly the new documentary isn't on youtube ...yet .I'll post a rack or 2 for you here .

Paddyann, you have me intrigued. Please tell me more about this singer. Is he British? What type of songs does he sing? How did you first come across his music?I have got to confess I don't know the name and I have a wide taste in music.
