So Who Do You Look Like?

Years ago some people who worked for DH said I was like Delia Smith. I never saw it myself, however, more recently when I went (briefly) blonde I saw a picture of Grayson Perry. It was like looking in the mirror!

I was always told I looked like Wendy Craig, I still do but I’m a lot younger

My father for which I am grateful. There was a very dark humour about that.
My maternal line goes back at least three direct generations with dementia. So the joke was as I have dad's fat genes and not mum's beauty I better have dad's brain.

In younger days often told I looked like Cilla Black. Nowadays when I look in the mirror it's either my mother or Camilla Parker Bowles!

In my twenties in the 1980s people used to say I looked like Agnetha from Abba, sadly I didn't have the singing talent?

In my youth Princess Diana. I did have the same hair style and colour that she had in the early days of marriage. Now I look in the mirror and see my mother and sometimes my grandmother!

A taxi driver, in the early 80s when I was about 18, said I looked like Dallas’s Sue Ellen. I was going home with my friend after a night club and I remembered I wasn’t sure what to think at the time!

When younger I was often told I looked like a cross between a short version of Princess Diana and Bernadette Nolan. Sad to know I've outlived them both. Now I look like a much older version of my toddler granddaughter. ?

I look like Worzel Gummidge at the moment.

In the late 70s early 80s I was told I looked like Dana. My daughter is told she looks like Fern Cotton. I also look like my mum and grandmother as I get older.

When I was a child someone said i looked like Nana Miscouri, probably spelt wrong, the Greek singer with long black hair and glasses just like me. Thankfully as a teenager I was told I looked like Victoria Principal, I was happy with that ?

When I was at school I was told I looked like Veronica Lake (it was the hair, I'm sure) and that famous bust of Nefertiti.
Now I just look like me, but I was once asked, in a petrol station, if I was Brenda Blethyn.
