Didn’t there used to be little chocolates called ‘polka dots?

A bit like minstrels or treats.

Are they still on the go?

The guy on TV should have been corrected, unless it was a pun that went misunderstood.
Definitely POLKA DOTS!
My guy and some family play poker and I've never heard of poker dots.
