I think ours are man-made fibre. They are very light and washable.

Have you thought about a wool duvet
We’ve had a all season feather&down, but never out both together.
I’m fine with 4.5 all year, dp is cold so 10.5 goes in in winter. I’m forever throwing it off

We’ve now got a wool one think it’s 300grams, feels really light yet lovely and warm
We got it from bravet

I have an M&S feather and down one. The two together are, I find, very heavy for changing the duvet cover. I have the 9 tog one on at the moment.

Thank you all!!

Can I ask what filling you have? We are thinking about Hungarian goose down.

We've got one but have never put both together. The summer one is on still, then we'll change to the autumn one in about October.
It's very light but I'm trying to think of the make.
It could be The Fine Bedding Company.

Yes, we’ve had one for years. Don’t often use the two together except in the coldest winter weather, but it’s gorgeously warm and still light, when we do.
Each section goes to the laundry once a year when it’s temporarily redundant.

We use 4.5 tog all year round too. There is a 10 tog which Velcro’s on to it which lurks in a cupboard somewhere never seeing the light of day.

We use 4.5 tog all year round. If we get an exceptionally cold night we put a blanket on top.

We use 4tog all the year round except when it is very warm and we have a sheet and a cotton blanket.

Anyone think these work?

Any recommendations please?

Many thanks!
