So sad to hear about the loss of your documents being "the last straw".
However, you took care of yourself by getting help from your Dr. Not an easy thing to do at any time and it's specially tough when your not feeling your best self so give yourself a well done for that.
And you said you will be calling DWP again so another brave and difficult thing to do when you're not feeling great.
Despite how stressed you are feeling you are managing to deal with situations many people (me included) find stressful.
May be you can take a bit of time to connect to how well you are dealing with things while you are feeling very stressed.
You must be a very strong and resilient person and I hope you find a way through all the difficulties you are dealing with such that you get to a place of being less stressed.
