Help New Amazon Fire 10

I put in my Amazon account details, and everything, including my photos, transferred over by themselves.

Other than that, Amazon could probably advise, or a Google search might bring up a remedy.

You should be able to link through you online Amazon account. Add your new Fire 10, giving it a new name so as not to confuse it with the old one and then anything you have will (hopefully) download to you new one. This is what I did with my books when I bought new although I only have the basic Kindle model but assume it works the same.

I always say “Google It” when stuck!
There will be lots of advice on there. Can usually find the solution.
