Ive got a Tassimo, but it was a gift for Christmas. The pods have shot up in price, so I only use it occasionally now. I'd look in the sales. I'd also check out pod prices before you buy a machine.

I use a Bosch Tassimo machine, and buy pods in bulk from Amazon. Pods are not recyclable, but the coffee is wonderful.

Nespresso Magimix CitiZ are tiny - I got one for both my son and daughter for Christmas. The pods (from Nespresso) are recyclable.

I wish I could send you mine. I find the coffee the Nespresso makes unpalatable, though to be fair I’ve only tried Colombia, Livanto and Voluto.

Mine is a Nespresso by Krups from John Lewis. Around £100 from memory. It is very compact and we take it away with us. The pods I use are a great alternative to Nespresso's own, fit the machine well, taste good and a lot less expensive.

We also have a small Nespresso machine which we also take away with us, which my DH uses in his office at home, so we also have a slightly larger one for in the kitchen.

I use the Nespresso pods which we recycle but DH quite likes the Starbucks pods which are cheaper I think.

I love my Nespresso machine - mainly because I'm the only coffee drinker at home and it's a cost effective hassle free way of enjoying fresh “real” coffee.

My husband wanted one of these. He used it for about 6 months. Now it sits in the back of a cupboard, unused and unloved.
I prefer tea!

I got a small Nespresso machine as a gift when I retired. I love it! The pods are recyclable and Nespresso will take them away. I have tried many different flavours. The only thing which bothers me at the moment, is Nespresso are still dealing with Russia.

Geekesse, if you don't mind me asking , how much do you pay for pods, or where on Amazon do you get them? I find Tassimo pods so expensive now.

I've just bought a Multi capsule machine from QVC. It has a good reduction as it's on Clearance.

It's useful to have the muliti capsule and, in this case, ground coffee option. I just buy Morrisons capsules and the ground coffee choice is there if it becomes difficult to get capsules in the future.

We buy supermarket brand pods in Aldi or Lidl. They work well with the machine and are cheap.
You can buy reusable pods that you refill.
We bought a Nespresso with a milk frother attachment to make lattes etc.

I have a Tassimo and really like it. I think the pods have gotten more expensive, but still the cheapest of Nespresso, Kuerig and Tassimo systems. I checked out prices and did the math for price per pod. Tassimo is not recyclable. If I were buying new I might go with Kuerig. They also make a pod where you can put in your own ground coffee.

I think Kuerig has the most variety, and people who have Nespresso seem to love theirs. The thing I like about my Tassimo is that I can make a large 14 oz cup of coffee, regular 8 oz, or espresso is also available.

I'm the only coffee drinker at our house, so it is nicer than making a pot.

I have a Tassimo and I love it. We can recycle the pods here too. I buy the pods on EBay.

Mine is a tiny Lavazza not expensive. I buy the pods in bulk on Amazon for best price.

Actually it's my OHs. I prefer decaff Kenco instant.

I use my nespresso machine everyday, I buy compostable coffee pods from foodylicious (they use them in the Eden project). It’s not particularly cheap but it’s my daily treat to myself.

I’ve got a Dolce Gusto piccolo machine. It’s small so doesn’t take up loads of space. We only have one coffee a day from it but it’s delicious and I really look forward to it. I have a separate milk frother machine. Makes brilliant cappuccino. I buy the pods when they’re on offer in supermarkets. My favourites are Costa pods.

Bought an espresso machine during their sale - free frother & pods. Love it. Look on their website for special offers.
They pick up used pods on request- usually when new ones are delivered. Costs about 50p - 60 p per mug

80 capsules cost £17.50 - less if you get them on a monthly subscription, but I don’t get through them fas enough for that.

I love our Nespresso. I used M and S capsules Italian. ☕️

I have had a Tassimo machine for a few years and love it. I buy pods direct from Tassimo when they have promotional codes or in the supermarket when they have the three packs for £10 offer on. The Kenco Smooth is good. I wouldn’t be without it now.

I had a Nespresso machine for years but went off their coffee. I now have a cute little Lavazza machine which I’m very pleased with, and the Lavazza organic coffee is great. I’m very glad I made the change.
