Nothing! I was up all night with an upset stomach so am just sipping water. I made a slow cooker chilli for tonight, will see how I feel later.

Staying at our daughters and went out for lunch the best pies are served in Lancashire. I had cheese and onion pie and potatoes with salad delicious.

Salad of peppers, cucumber, tomato, red onion ,kimchi, olive oil, cider vinegar, pepper ,salt. 1/2 a Waitrose budget pizza. and 1 green chilli added. Small bowl of blackcurrants and yoghourt. I'll have a coffee in a bit.
