Here.
I do think it might be a tag to assist the pulling on of the glove but I can’t say I’ve ever noticed similar on other leather gloves I’ve bought. And what’s the tiny hole for?

I bought some lovely soft leather gloves from JL before Christmas. I notice each glove has a tiny thin leather patch with a minute hole in the centre just inside. It sits where the back of each hand goes. At first I wondered whether it was a ‘pull on’ device but the small hole set me wondering.

Have any of you clever grans got any idea what they are for? I could take a photo ...
