Laundry detergent sheets

Having these recommended I have been using them in my machine since April '23 mostly for my colours (no fading ) and use just one sheet occasionaly two if the load is more heavily worn. Most loads done at 30c with good results. (I had found pods to not fully disolve at 30c)
No plastic and a versatile subscription service makes them even better I think.

Reassuring that general consensus of those who use sheets is that they like them.

I used to make my own detergent ("gloop") with grated soap and stuff. But these days I "make life easy for myself" and so I've been buying these sheets and I stick 2 sheets at a time in my washing machine.

Reason for two being I've still not got my sense of smell back from losing it in Covid - grr! With various minor ailments to get rid of it might be a while before I'm able to focus on lower priority ones like getting my sense of smell back again - as I'm having to deal with the ones that cause me discomfort or other noticeable problems first before I can work on getting rid of the lower level ones like this. Too confusing to have to work on getting rid of 11 body problems at once....

With still - temporarily - missing my sense of smell = I have no way of telling whether my laundry smells fresh or no and hence chucking in a 2nd sheet as well as a precautionary measure to ensure it does.

DD recommended Simple Sheets from Musthaveideas on account of them being eco friendly & plastic free I duly purchased a pack - 100 for £10. Can’t say I am convinced. A couple of times they have gluped on the washing and I just don’t feel they’re doing the job. I’ve gone back to my old faithful Bold powder, which Ive used for years. Much happier now and I love the scent.
