Strip Washing

Good morning,

We are having our bathroom replaced at the moment.
It’s our only bathroom.
Luckily have a separate toilet.
We’re having to strip wash, at the kitchen sink.
It got me thinking is there anyone out there who strip washes, rather than having a bath or a shower or maybe to save water? 🫧🛀🚿

UPDATE

Bathroom now finished.
It wasn’t finished until yesterday; we had to wait for The Mastic Man (who knew that was a job??)
It’s been a very long 3 weeks & strip washing was wearing a bit thin 😂
Still it was worth the wait & now have a lovely bathroom, with walk in shower; so hopefully we have planned for the future.
Thank you so much for all your contributions, thoughts & memories; it was great to read them all.
I’m off now to enjoy a shower & remember how lucky I am to be able to do so 🚿🧽😊
