Lost my Dad

So, I lost my Dad this week, it was expected but stunned and shocked to say the least.
Huge love to anyone going through the same thing.

Even when you know it is coming, it is still a shock, my heart goes out to you at this time of year it is even more difficult. I have learned to live alongside my grief, for both my parents, but it only comes with time. You will get there, but I am sure we all will be thinking of you over Christmas. Is your Mum still with you, can you comfort each other?

My mum went 16 years ago. So they are together again at last. Dad missed her terribly
