‘Sorrow and Bliss’ by Meg Mason. It is an insight into someone struggling with depression throughout their life, and is funny and sad in equal measure.

I have downloaded ‘Joan’ by Joan Hannigton, her true story, currently being televised.

Stop Them Dead, by Peter James, the latest (I think) of the Roy Grace stories. Not read much yet, but these books are usually good.

None of This is True by Lisa Jewell.

Psychological, rather creepy but thoroughly enjoyable - keeps you gripped!

I have not long downloaded on my Kindle Agrippa by Robert Harris, It's very good. Robert Harris has written so many good books on many different themes,

“Amber Fury” by Natalie Haynes. Very different to her usual output dealing with the Greek Myths but there is a thread of Ancient Greek drama underpinning the modern setting. The story is very nuanced in the way it unfolds. After reading just about everything else she has written I really didn’t think I would like this, but I couldn’t put it down.

Our Noble Selves - Kate Atkinson. Quite unusual, set against the 1951 Festival of Britain, I have a way to go with it yet, she captures the mood of the time, post war austerity. Am enjoying it but I don't think it'll be up there with a couple of my favourites by her which I've loved.
