Right! I have just run round from (CHAT "my last report") following comments there to find out what is going on in Lil's bar!
This is the first time I have braved this den of iniquity! See how Gransnet is leading me off the rails! Where is the G& T I ordered from "my last report." That is quite enough ice thank you! I will explore for a bit.

Evening all, just popping in whilst I wait for my bath water to reach the correct temperature. (And before anyone makes remarks about old geysers/geezers, I'll have you know it's oil fired, not gas, so there.)

Although (as you know) I'm not one for one of those fancy cocktails, being more of a scotch and soda drinker, I have noticed many references to "Ample Bosom". Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that there are many things these days that could be viewed as discriminatory.

So, with that in mind, might I suggest that there should be a cocktail called "Small but Pert" or perhaps "Droop Free" .

Just a thought.................

Lils Bar is not PC so feel free to name the cocktails whatever takes your fancy. phoenix

Your suggestions are ideal names, and I totally agree that anything more than a handful is a waste Not so sure Lil will agree!

Hmmmm, I will give some thought as to what might be included in a "Cheeky Chap"! It will no doubt need plenty of sauce, of one kind or another!

nelliemoser all the men in here are strange, so consider yourself properly introduced by me, and chaperoned by Ana, who is always usually slumped in the corner in a drunken stupor chair.

If you want an "Old Fashioned" I'm sure Pete will know how to make one, he seems to know his way around the bottles behind the bar

If one of you laydees was 'laid up' I would be around in a flash offering fruit,plenty of liquids and a relaxing massage ....but you lot would rather stay drinking and being merry instead of helping a fellow human suffering from 'man flu'....I can feel the stiffness starting now....but you lot just carry on dont bother about me.......

You could try voltarol for the stiffness. If the adverts are to be believed, you would then be able to lift quite heavy small children, and play tennis, even if you couldn't before!

(I think it's a bit like some ladies requisites that suddenly enable you to roller skate)
