London there is a thing called the new age university ask google. It is interesting, it's for us oldies and they do all sort's of thing's to join. It's title is university of the third age may be helpful.

titch i no i go rambling and some of the woman were saying they go a might give it a try after xmas a only go rambling once a fortnight .

there is a lot of things they do.I am thinking of joining the amateur dramatics, the book and lunchion clubs look interesting. Good luck
