Going out for dinner soon, but do make yourselves comfortable - there's some gin over there, and lots of tonic in the fridge. oh, and galen there's some lime vodka in the cupboard. (New discovery) Hope the music is OK? I do love Caro Emerald - "Absolutely Me" you might say!

If you're all still here, I'll bring some nice stuff back. Must go and put the slap on now. Will pop in to say goodbye, and maybe have a wee to set me up...

Thank you Galen and all others, but I think it's just one of those patches.

Generally I am fairly upbeat, but every so often the big black duvet gets me. I'm also a bit prone to having what I call "Jack Days", they can sneak up on me with no warning. Just have to roll with it.

Was just admiring your photos of your beautiful cats, I have three too - they are getting on now, about 15 and looking a little frail. I love just hearing them purring, very relaxing and soothing. Best wishes x.

Here I am, back after a nice meal! Brought some wine and nibbles (marinated olives, home made bread and dipping oil) to keep us going, but the point was that it was a place where I was going to lie down and recover, so you don't need to stumble, Merlot, just grab a glass of something and relax. Away from the hurly burly of other, demanding threads. Feet up. I raises a glass to you all.
