Good afternoon to you all. Bonnie Kintyre is damp and misty today. Even so, it is breathtakingly beautiful.

...the bed of golden, marsh marigolds are in bloom. Lots of new growth. Splashes of the sweetest, purest green decking the hedgerows.

12 singing male nightingales at reserve, we heard 6, so wonderful. Once heard never forgotten.

It was freezing at Seaburn today. Went for lunch with my two sisters but there was no walk on the promenade afterwards.

U3A trip to the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester to see A Doll's House. What a fantastic production. The lead was an actress called Kush Jumbo (yes really) whom I don't recall seeing before. She was just superb, and the rest of the cast were also excellent. One of the best productions I have ever seen there. Very satisfying.

Hurray, am glad you enjoyed some theatre Anno. Kush is an amazing actress, no hiding in that exchange space.
