Carol - messages of support

I've just logged in. Having seen granjura's post on the updates thread I'm not going to comment other than saying my thoughts are with Carol's family right now.

Have been away from GN for a while, devastated to read about poor Carol.
Hope the new developments will give hope to her family.

Please let this latest news lead somewhere.

Praying that the car that has been found really is Carol's car.

What wonderful people there are in the world, it restores your faith in human nature.

My thoughts have been and still are of course, with Carol's family, how hard for them to be so far away.

I'm trying to have only positive thoughts.

I looked at the weather web cam for mieussy but the nearest is at Haberes. Quite heavy rain.

Sending love and thoughts to Carol's family.

I keep coming back to these few threads. It must be so hard for Carol's close friends and her family.

I am logging on every half hour to see if there is more news. Prayers and positive thoughts going to Carol and her family

Some news is always better than no news and the last few posts on the other thread do suggest this might be leading somewhere. Hoping still.

Hoping and praying that when the search resumes tomorrow morning there will be a positive outcome.

If anyone knows how to survive when in a jam, I have the impression that Carol does - so we will all keep hoping and sending love to family and friends.

It's comforting to log on and see the same names offering hope and support. If anyone had known weeks ago that Gransnet could go to the lengths we have to join in with the effort in whatever way we can I would not have envisaged just how much we have been able to do.

Prayers and love coming across the UK to Heather and her family, across oceans to Fiona and family in NZ. And across the Channel and into the mountains to Carol herself and to those who will continue to search for her tomorrow. Hold fast. X

I'm sure there are many none posters who have Carol and her family in their thoughts but don't post... to think that a while ago GN wasn't about and to think that all these lovely caring people are gathered together sending all their positive thoughts out there to Carol and her family.
