Pompa and all. You should try using cooking oil to remove chilli residue from any body parts rather than water. The chilli residue has an oily base and using oil removes the chilli effect more effectively than water.

And Ex once ended up in a cold bath when he had made a particularly spicy chili. I should think the yells could have been heard all the way up the road.
