Morning all.
It began clear and sunny in the Tyne Valley, but now it is clouding over ?. DGS 2 has been for his sleepover and is now sitting on the sofa watching videos of a father and son breaking stuff to see what's inside! Expecting DGD and DGS 1 soon as youngest GS has to go to see an opthalmologist at the RVI this morning. Wish me luck!

Good morning all.

That was me yesterday, Maw, following two long days with the anklebiters. I'm off for a very long walk to town soon, to try to make up for yesterday's 853 steps. blush

Have a good day, everyone.

Good Evening; It's the shortest day of the year "Down Under" and also International Yoga Day , so there ! smile

Dear Diary; Arose at sunrise (7.30 a.m.) had 3 WeetBix then off to Neighbourhood House for computer class; helped Steve solve iPad prob. back home for lunch then to N.H. again for over "80's" exercise club and afternoon tea.
It's dinner-time now (what to have?), then settle down with another S.A. Shiraz and watch the Socceroos deal with the Danes. If only! sad
After the Trent Bridge debacle, nothing but a thumping win will suffice.
I never imagined "retirement" would be this hectic. grin
Cheers and Your Health. wine

You sound as if you have had a good day Rufus
