What a major buggeration! I had to log in before posting today. Come on! That's like being slapped round the face with a wet fish. Not that I've any experience of such a think. 
It be blowy in Kintyre. Hair sprang aboot a bit but came to rest in a fairly refined way. Before the trip to the hairdresser...it was a major-ish problem and I would need dozens of hair grips and slides etc.
Charleygirl5 whatever it was that has laid you low, you need to seek some professional advice. Food doesn't matter in such cases, but you need to remain hydrated.
