Rather ironic isn't it.! "Push down and twist" is supposed to provide "child-proof safety", but all it seems to do is make life difficult for ancient arthritic wrists trying to open a bottle of arthritis pain killers.
One solution, short of taking a hammer to the bottle, is to have a child around. They can do it in a flash; no worries!
