Snog, Marry, Avoid (Just for fun)

We post three people and then everyone has to say which one they would snog (in the dirty version it's shag) which they would marry and which they would avoid. When we've had a few posts we could have new people.
So First Up
Jeremy Corbyn, Boris Johnson and Jeremy Hunt
I'd Snog Hunt, marry JC (it probably wouldn't last long) and avoid Johnson.
Anyone else?

Snog - Idris Elba, marry absolutely no one, avoid, well ‘The Donald, Paxman, Putin, Farage .....
.

I am more than shocked/horrified/repulsed at the number of Mumsnet terms who would marry JC!!
You all have to be joking or desperate. Yuk yuk yuk!! There is nothing that would make him remotely marriageable. Have you lost your minds?!

Callistemon Tue 02-Jul-19 22:55:56

Is this thread active on Mumsnet as well?

ps what are terms please *Granof412?

There is nothing that would make him remotely marriageable.
Well, three women have thought so thus far.
There is obviously a long queue on here too

grin

I blame being fed bread and jam as a child Callistemon. The idea of home-made jam is irresistible! grin

GrannyGravy13 Wed 03-Jul-19 09:17:39

trisher Mr.Gravy makes jam and marmalade, I am more than happy to loan him to any takers!!! ??????

Sara65 Wed 03-Jul-19 09:18:09

Granof413

I so totally agree with you!
Revolting!!

trisher Wed 03-Jul-19 09:37:34

GrannyGravy13 you should be careful what you promise he may attract a whole queue of GNetters all after his jam and marmalade.

Callistemon Wed 03-Jul-19 10:29:51

I need him now - I'm just about to make some jam and am never very sure of setting point.

It would be a 'platonic marriage', Granof412
The vows would include 'obey' - on his part, not mine.
I'm sure he just needs me to take charge of him, make him shave, stay down on the allotment, make jam, knit Fairisle sweaters.
And if he started talking politics I would say 'Give over, Jez, we've all heard enough'
Most of the nation would thank me smile

trisher Wed 03-Jul-19 10:52:28

I've just realised jam is the main reason for marrying Corbyn and money for marrying Hunt. Does that tell you something about GNetters?

Callistemon Wed 03-Jul-19 12:09:45

It tells you that I like jam - with scones and clotted cream too.
However, you can have too much of a good thing!

And that Gransnetters have a good sense of the ridiculous.

Must get back to it before it burns!

Gonegirl Wed 03-Jul-19 13:03:50

shock Well, if you've already put the sugar in Callistemon, too late. It's burnt. hmm

HazelG Wed 03-Jul-19 15:15:51

I would push them all off a bridge, is that the same? lol

Callistemon Wed 03-Jul-19 21:06:35

It did burn Gonegirl - because my friend phoned as well!!

I'm telling you all - I need Jeremy! smile

Gonegirl Wed 03-Jul-19 21:16:42

Oh no!!! shock

Callistemon Wed 03-Jul-19 23:09:18

DH will eat it (I told him to pick the black bits out of it) grin

It was only 2 jars.

Callistemon Wed 03-Jul-19 23:10:24

ps Jeremy phoned to say he's changed his mind, doesn't want to marry me as I am a useless cook.

trisher Thu 04-Jul-19 11:29:53

Never mind Callistemon you have the other two as back up!!!
