I love Judy Dench and aim always to copy her hair style, I also love Joanna Lumley and all the other ladies mentioned but I wear what I feel good in and strangely as soon as I put it on I know (although others may disagree of course). The problem also is that a lot of these floaty things they are wearing are not really suitable for doing the housework in or going for coffee with friends so I dress for comfort and suitability.

I was thinking of Joanna Lumley too, certainly not a larger lady. I really like a lot of her clothes, she looks cool, comfortable and individual. The thin long shirts she often wears open, skim over unwanted lumps and bumps.

Seacliffe, I agree the look is lovely, I often wear loose harem pants with a long white shirt on top and use a wrap if its a bit colder. Easy and comfortable to wear anywhere.

I think by our age, we know what we feel good in, whether we’re fat, thin, short or tall, we can all look good.

I think if you’re happy with your style, you’ll be confident and that’s what really matters.
