kitty, I think they're gluten free. Oats are the only grain.
I tripped over a kerb on Wednesday & hurt my shoulder. Had four xrays and they initially thought there were no breaks but then the hospital and my GP were apparently trying to contact me Thursday and Friday because they'd found a tuberosity fracture. They kept calling when I was having a nap (hurt shoulders are exhausting) and my phone was switched to silent and I don't call unknown numbers back. Eventually GP left a message and I called back. The sling the hospital gave me was hurting my neck so I slung it. GP said I should go to a nearer hospital (you guys will know how spread Argyll is re. hospitals because of all soop's hospital wanderings) and get a collar and cuff sling. As it happens I still had the one from when I broke my wrist three years ago so I'm using that.
And there was me getting all set to start some bicycle expeditions and big gardening tasks as the days got longer! Hey ho. Patience is a virtue. ?
Have you ever been to see a Spiritualist
Electricity- I thought that I had an innovative idea. Someone got there first
