In my garden this morning

I have had marigolds blooming, yes, golden flowers, blooming
all the winter months, and still blooming

I think the flowers are confused.. aubretia, has been blooming, not in my garden, for some weeks now.. and tulips are early imo..

Beautiful blossoms out now in our garden ...

These are just outside my kitchen window.

I live in sunny Devon and my eight camellias have been in full bloom at least a month now. Loads of tulips out, including some from Lidl, like vegansrock.
Roses full of bud, one or two may open next week. Cherry tree out in full bloom.
Wonderful weather for several days. Those of us with gardens are so lucky.

We have lots of tulips in bloom as well as pansies, marigolds, Spanish bluebells, Herbivores, camellias, periwinkle and peonies. The wisteria, clematis, snowball verbena, Lily of the valley and aquiliegas all about to burst into bloom.

Blossom trees everywhere, the valley looks amazing.

I've recently seen a burglary for the first time here, the restarts are back, all the usual suspects of the finch and for families and a hoopoe. I've heard the wood pecker and cuckoo.

For burglary read nuthatch and restarts are redstarts! Herbivore is helibore.!!

Beautiful Peonies. How gorgeous.

When walking the dog yesterday, I saw some absolutely beautiful flag iris. The colour was the deepest purple I think I've ever seen. Sadly today they were just beginning to fade.

So many beautiful plays and flowers. Lots of green things showing promise in mine and a few bits of colour.

Got this little chap keeping an eye on us this morning.

I've got bluebells and the forsythia is full of flowers. Unfortunately my garden is very overgrown and needs a lot of work. I'm seeing more birds though. My next door neighbours moved just before the lockdown and their two cats spent a lot of time my side of the fence. I miss their company but it does seem to have increased the visits of the birds.
Only downside is that new owners have builders there. They seem to be gutting the place which surprises me as the house was immaculate as far as I know, so noise of building work all the time. The birds don't seem to mind it though.

I've finally managed enough lily of the valley to make it worthwhile bringing them indoors. They've survived at least 5 long hot Madrid summers and usually only throw out one or two flower stems.

Blimey Blondenana.... mines bloomed about three weeks ago and now the flowers are dropping. First time it’s bloomed in three years!! Im in the midlands ....are you further north?

Oh and my honeysuckle has grown out of all proportion to last year, No flowers yet but I’m hopeful this year

My Daffodils and Forsythia have just finished - but my Bluebells have started to come into flower . There's even one or two Violets and Primroses nestling in the root system of my Beech Hedge. Next-door's Lilac Tree - which I claim as 'mine' because of it's position at the meeting point of our two gardens - is ready to burst into flower by tomorrow morning .

Downstairs neighbour has got a 'Forest Flame' doing its thing - not flowering, but changing into its glorious colours. And their small Rhododendron (or possibly Azalea) is ready to 'pop its buds' ............................ I feel quite privileged to be able to 'borrow' neighbours plants/shrubs/flowers to look at .

mimismo They are so beautiful! My Gran had them in her garden. My Grandad planted them for her as her name was Lily. I have never been able to grow them though.

I managed to buy some garden bird food from my Greengrocer who delivered to me this morning. Until now I could only give the birds muesli. Now I shall look forward to seeing more birds. Usually bluetits, and I hope the black birds will come because I love their song!

Not particularly unusual but a bit earlier than usual!

I have some lovely colour in my garden with lots of Primulas.

Had a cock Pheasant trying to get peanuts out of the hanging feeder - does that count?
