Here I am! I’ve been busy making gin jelly to wash down soop’s delicious soggy sausage sandwiches. I’m not yet ready to discuss my undergarments, after all, we’ve only just met, but perhaps a little hint that macrame may be involved.

Heeheee....nice to see so many old gals full of spirit! Especially poteen.Hope you’re remembering to put some actual money in the till, the last time it was karaoke night the takings were £1 and a five pence piece, a few old buttons and a bent Irish sixpence.....and most of the gin, poteen and vodka had vanished.

I’ve set up the karaoke gear, and the stage ( two tables pushed together) is all ready......shall I kick off with my rendition of
River Deep,Mountain High ( that’ll get everyone going, although the bar will be locked so they can’t escape.)?
I shall follow that with How Much Is That Doggy In The Window, nothing like a tear jerker to get the punters buying drinks.Ker ching!

Am staking my claim to Thor , as is my tradition on Karaoke Nite.Nothing like a bit of Scandi I always say.

I will continue to prop up the bar. My red sequin hot pants are a tad tight round the nethers. Makes sitting down a bit iffy.

I’ve invited —captured— half a dozen off duty firemen and borrowed Thor (thank you lemon) to hoist them up in the net for the Big Finale.
For those who don’t know, it’s everyone up on the stage and It’s Raining Men.... Thor will release the net and we all catch a lovely Fireman!!

Ask them to wear their uniforms!

It’s me lemon doodle. ?. I know, you thought it was Tna Turner. I’m the spitting image aren’t I. I borrowed next doors cat to sit on my head. Much more natural than a wig. I’ve got on my 10 inch stilletoes, fishnet stockings, sequinned boob tube and my black leather mini with a hem to waist slit up the side. Turn up the ?. Here I come River deep mountain high. Stand back for full volume ? ? ?

Well I've just released my Fireman back into the wild...........shouting something like, "I'm going to get you lot closed down".
And look what I just found comatose behind the bar.....these two lovely
'boys in frocks ', Ginger Vitus and Anna Bolic! ?
They say last night was the best Drag Show they've ever seen.
I told them it was understandable they were confused, as some of our 'acts' do have five o'clock shadows and one or two hairy chests but we are 100% of the female persuasion.
I gave them a Brandy Coffee, a doughnut and sat them in the corner.

Buffy. Surprised the firemen didn't want to stay. So many nicely dressed GNs behaving beautifully. They don't know what they are missing.

Maybe best to discreetly evict Anna and Ginger. We want the real thing!

I met the absconding firemen a few streets away. One claims that he has mislaid his hose. Apparently his mate has no idea where his helmet is. They claim to be in a state of extreme shock. Can't think why. I tried to reason with them and even offered to serve sausage and fried onion buns for free. One fell into the gutter as he gathered speed. His mate remains comatose. The only colourful thing about him, are his yellow wellies.

It's a mystery to me soop. The Argy bar is full of the loveliest people.

I have to admit that I have his helmet and I think Doodle has the hose. It's their own fault for struggling to get away.

We’ve just had the local Constabulary here, to collect the Firemen’s hoses and helmets and enquiring what went on here last night.
I gave him an innocent look and one of soops sausage muffins and a coffee, sprinkled with lemon’s special ingredient.
He’s slumped in the corner! ?

I was very surprised with the attitude of those firemen. There was I strutting my stuff as Tina Turner when the ginger Tom jumped off my head and ran up into the rafters. I told the young fireman I’d hold on tight to his hose for him if he’d get the cat down but he just ran out the door. Can’t think what I said to upset him ?

We need to sort out this comatose copper before he’s missed.

Now we have a comatose copper and a comatose fireman and another in a state of severe shock. What's the plan? We'll need to set up a recovery room in the snug. Who's in charge? I would vote for Marydoll only with her record I am doubtful that she's best suited to be matron in charge. Someone get the ice bucket. Place your votes within. I've a feeling it's going to take a long time to restore a semblance of order.
