I feel like a naughty teenager, I woke up at 6:45am but because of the pain I'm in I took painkillers with my cuppa, I went back to sleep and only then woke up at 10:45am !

Our garden is looking fabulous with the new, very unexpected, addition we received as a gift from my three great nephews. I beautiful fragrant Azalea. My WP was over the moon.

Ragged, not tagged ?

I, too, had a letter from Imperial asking if I would like to take a Covid-19 test.

I initiated the on-line form but found I was unwanted, as I take a blood-thinner. Shame, as apparently I would have received the result.

I have had two Covid-19 tests from Public Health England/Hospital of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine's weekly survey (https://flusurvey.net/) but although my GP will be sent the result, I will not.

This weekly survey helps plot 'flu in any season (one just spends one minute ticking relevant boxes as to how one is feeling).

The survey shows on a map how much flu is in your locality, week on week and I find this interesting (such a dull life!!).

Apparently both my selection for testing has been completely random.

Flusurvey are always looking for further volunteers, so if you would like to be helpful, please think of doing so!

My husband was in hospital mid March, isolation, oxygen,nebuliser, on his discharge sheet it states secondary diagnosis (more than one) Covid 19 test negative, much relief, so tests were being taken.

Gillybob, I - and a few other Gransnetters that I know of - got that same letter a few days ago about covid testing that your OH has had.

I registered as requested and received my test kit today - the trouble is, a courier to collect the samples has to be arranged before doing the test (test must be done on day of collection, not before), but so far I have failed miserably to arrange this by either of the methods referred to in the accompanying booklet.
Right now, I am tearing my hair out in frustration!

Having thought about it and done my research via Google, may I choose Colclough? My reason? It sounds Irish and my maternal grandpappy was Irish.

I can bet that the royals are not offered a choice of china when visiting friends or family.
